Payments, Cancellations and Refunds
Habesha Agenagn connects users but does not hold or escrow transaction money.
Direct payment
Users decide whether to transact and pay the agreed service provider, traveler, seller, owner, organizer, driver, or other user directly, or use an independent payment provider. Habesha Agenagn does not receive, control, store, release, or guarantee those funds.
Platform fees
If Habesha Agenagn charges a platform fee, the exact fee and purpose must be displayed before confirmation. Platform fees are separate from money paid between users unless the checkout clearly states otherwise. Taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the legally responsible party.
Cancellations and refunds
Users must agree in writing on price, deposits, milestones, cancellations, no-shows, changes, damage, and refunds before performance. Refunds of money paid directly to another user must be requested from that recipient. Habesha Agenagn cannot reverse or refund money it never received. A third-party provider's refund and chargeback rules control payments it processed.
Disputes
First contact the other user and preserve the listing, agreement, messages, receipts, photos, delivery or completion evidence, and payment records. You may report the matter to Habesha Agenagn, but the platform does not act as a court, insurer, collection agency, or guarantor. Contact the payment provider, bank, insurer, police, or regulator when appropriate.
Shipping pricing
Any displayed shipping estimate or per-pound calculation is informational until the users confirm the final weight, airline rules and costs, contents, route, handoff, and written agreement. No platform display makes Habesha Agenagn the carrier or custodian of the package or money.
