Verify before meeting
Review profiles and documents, speak before meeting, tell a trusted person, meet in a public well-lit place when possible, keep your phone charged, arrange your own transportation, and leave if anything feels unsafe. Never send verification codes or unnecessary identity documents.
Transportation and property
Confirm driver identity, vehicle plate, license, insurance, route, cargo, trailer, and passenger details. Inspect property in person, verify ownership or authority, use written leases, and do not send deposits before verification. Do not enter unsafe property or vehicles.
Work, sales, and services
Verify credentials, scope, price, materials, permits, background, and insurance. Use traceable written records. Avoid gift cards, cryptocurrency, wire transfers, overpayment schemes, off-platform pressure, or requests to move money for someone else.
Reporting
Report suspicious users, unsafe content, discrimination, fraud, and prohibited items. Preserve messages, receipts, photos, and identifying details. Platform reports do not replace police, insurance, regulators, banks, or emergency services.
