Prohibited Items and Activities
The following may not be listed, requested, carried, sold, rented, or facilitated through Habesha Agenagn.
Illegal and dangerous items
Illegal drugs; controlled substances without lawful authorization; firearms, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, weapons, or weapon parts; flammables, toxic, radioactive, infectious, corrosive, pressurized, or otherwise hazardous materials; human remains; live animals except where expressly permitted by law and platform policy.
Travel and customs restrictions
Any item prohibited by an airline, TSA, airport, customs, import/export, sanctions, agriculture, food, medication, or destination-country rule. Travelers may refuse inspection or carriage. Users must truthfully declare contents, value, weight, ownership, and destination.
Stolen, counterfeit, regulated, or unsafe goods
Stolen property; counterfeit or infringing goods; recalled or unsafe products; illegal tobacco, alcohol, cannabis, prescription drugs, medical devices, financial instruments, identification documents, personal data, or government benefits; products requiring a license unless the user and transaction fully comply with law.
Prohibited services and conduct
Human trafficking, sexual services, exploitation, violence, threats, fraud, money laundering, unauthorized financial services, pyramid schemes, academic cheating, hacking, surveillance abuse, discrimination, illegal eviction, unlicensed regulated work, or any attempt to evade law or platform enforcement.
Enforcement
Listings may be removed and accounts restricted without completing a transaction. We may preserve and disclose relevant information where legally permitted. When uncertain, do not post or carry the item; consult the airline, TSA, customs, carrier, regulator, or qualified attorney.
